A fun filled day with exciting activities was enjoyed by all in the Primary School.  The costumes were amazingly creative and students enjoyed dressing up as part of their class themes.

The day began with a Megillah reading by Rabbi White, accompanied by a silent movie to engage all students. After which, there was a sensational parade of costumes and students made Mishloach manot bags which they swapped with their friends. An amazing play was performed by the year 6 students who retold the story of Purim in a hilarious way, making it a great success.

Later in the day, Staff vs students vs Tzevet and Habo games kept everyone shouting for more. We’re still unsure of who won that after so much cheating!! One of the highlights of the day were the water activities in the afternoon managed so capably by the Year 6 leadership team! The day ended with a Purim Seudah in the hall enjoyed by all. Over $424 was raised by Carmel school as Matanot la’evyonim which was distributed to Perth needy by Mrs Viv Bensky. Chag Purim sameach!!
