As part of Seminar Day on Friday 18 June, our Year 10-12 students were privileged to participate in a Zoom seminar presentation in the Breckler-Troy Hall with alumnus Hilton Nathanson, CEO of Marble Bar Asset Management in London. Snippets of Mr Nathanson’s advice included taking the time to get to know oneself really well, believing in oneself and following one’s passions, always being honest in business and with self, and taking calculated risks. In interviews, he advised taking the time to get to know the company you’re interviewing with and switching the tables by asking a few tough questions of the interviewer too about their company! Our students asked our Mr Nathanson some very insightful questions. Thanks to our presenter for starting his day early to be on the Zoom by 7.00am London time, and to our fabulous Entrepreneurship team, Anna and Lisa, for organising yet another successful event.
